![]() The construction crew worked into the night, so you can still hear them hammering away. Our travel agent was never notified of the construction, which we would've changed resorts had we known. The rooms we reserved were not available and at least a third of the resort was under construction. Our group had lots of issues from the moment we arrived onsite. Definitely worth it and we recommend ChacChoc tours for snorkeling. Overall we loved the people and the food the most. Just a common courtesy.) There was a large family celebrating the same we week were down there and they were a rowdy bunch every day (climbing over the private pool wall that was outside 5 rooms to go down the slides without their tops on) and we we had to move to another pool during the day. ![]() (I am an interior designer for hotels and this is standard in the US but apparently not here. ![]() A renovation board could have been put in the lobby stating what was going on or even an email. This was never disclosed to us but it should have been. There is construction going on like some other vacationers mentioned below. ![]() They kept up with us from day to day, always in a great mood and they wanted to get to know us just as much as we wanted to get to know them. We can't say enough good things about them (Arelly, Adrian, Carlos, Isabel, Ricardo just to name a few). This was our first time to Cozumel on our honeymoon and we had a great experience. ![]()
